Husband loves these, the high waistband helps keep any extra belly out of the way. The pad is amazing for his long drives from San Antonio to Houston, keeps everything from digging in.

These work best for me with my appendix sidecar holster Vs their appendix underwear. It definitely helps when sitting for long periods of time. I will definitely use both depending on which rig I use.

Love this product and just received my 5th pair. The only thing I will suggest, and hopefully the product designers read these reviews from time to time: please make the escape hatcha little more generous. I'm no John Holmes, and I still find it a little daunting to work with, especially when you've really got to make your bladder gladder.
